When I started my business, I was obsessed with time management—tracking every minute, checking off to-do lists, and striving to be the ultimate productivity machine. By the end of each day, I was completely drained. My chair felt like a prison, my body ached, and I had nothing left to give—not to my family, my friends, or even myself. It wasn’t sustainable.


What I didn’t realize at the time was that my relentless focus on efficiency wasn’t just burning me out—it was cutting me off from the things that truly brought me joy and energy. I was stuck in a pattern of overworking, and while I was achieving a lot, I wasn’t thriving. My life wasn’t fun anymore.


But that’s all changed. Today, I want to share how I shifted from a productivity-focused mindset to one rooted in energy management—a practice that not only revitalized my business but also restored my joy, creativity, and well-being. Using the power of astrology


The Energy of Each Day: A Planetary Perspective
The secret to my transformation? Astrology. Yes, astrology! Each day of the week is governed by a different planetary energy, and aligning my activities with these energies has been a game changer. It’s about working with the natural flow of energy rather than forcing productivity at all costs.
Here’s how I’ve structured my week to honor these energies:

Sunday: The Sun’s Day of Inspiration and Healing
The sun symbolizes vitality, nourishment, and creativity. Sundays are my reset days. Instead of waking up to a long to-do list, I focus on activities that spark joy and recharge me.

What I do:
Take a motorcycle ride for the pure joy of it.
Spend quality time with family—whether it’s a trip to the lake or a relaxed dinner on the deck.
How it feels:
These moments fill my cup, leaving me refreshed and inspired for the week ahead.

 

Monday: Moon Day for Reflection
The moon invites us to reflect and tune into our emotions. Mondays are my day to assess, evaluate, and set intentions.
What I do:
Journal about the previous week: What worked? What didn’t?
Reflect on my health, business, and relationships.
Organize my thoughts and set the tone for the week.
How it feels:
It’s a quiet, introspective start to the week that ensures I’m aligned and intentional.

 

Tuesday: Mars’ Day of Action
Ruled by the fiery planet of action, Tuesdays are my go days. It’s all about tackling tasks with determination.
What I do:
Crush my to-do list, from business admin to repurposing content.
Run errands and schedule appointments.
How it feels:
Empowering! By the end of Tuesday, I feel accomplished and ready to take on the rest of the week.

Wednesday: Mercury’s Day for Communication and Creativity
Mercury rules communication, making Wednesdays perfect for writing and creative work.
What I do:
Script videos, write blog posts, or draft newsletters.
Reflect on gratitude by writing thank-you notes to clients or loved ones.
How it feels:
Wednesdays are my creative outlet—a day to connect with my thoughts and express them meaningfully.

 

Thursday: Jupiter’s Day of Expansion
Jupiter symbolizes growth, learning, and teaching. Thursdays are about gaining and sharing knowledge.
What I do:
Host podcast interviews or film educational content.
Check in on my goals and make adjustments as needed.
How it feels:
This day leaves me inspired and ready to share value with others.

 

Friday: Venus’ Day of Connection
Venus governs love, harmony, and relationships. Fridays are all about connection—both in life and business.
What I do:
Release YouTube videos or schedule newsletters to connect with my audience.
Spend quality time with friends and family, enjoying the relationships that matter most.
How it feels:
Warm and fulfilling. It’s a reminder that connection is the heart of a joyful life.

 

The Big Shift: Energy Over Efficiency
By aligning my week with these energies, I’ve reclaimed balance and joy. Instead of striving for productivity 24/7, I honor the natural rhythms of energy. This approach has:
